Lead artist Chris Madge worked in four schools: Oakley Cross Primary School, Washington Comprehensive School, Greenfield Community and Arts College and King James 1 Community College.
The year long residency offered training and equipment to initiate and develop the creative use of technology in school. Each school identified an area of special interest and shorter residencies were set up to meet these identified needs. Peter Griffiths ran a Photography residency at Oakley Cross. Andrew Hardie ran a Flash residency at Washington. Andrew Coats ran a Film making residency at Greenfield college and Debby Akam ran a Digital Photography residency at King James 1 college.
Commenting on the whole project Mrs Ivil, the Head teacher from Oakley Cross said it was “the opportunity of a lifetime, a truly life changing crossroad in a young persons life"
