ISIS Arts are working with Turning Point to developed a seminar on the mobility of artists and artworks. The seminar will be held over 2 days (9th-10th May) at Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art.
Judith Staines, a expert in european cultural mobility will facilitate the sessions in which regional, national and international guests will be invited to.
