ISIS Arts is pleased to launch 6 new web and moving image works by artists Laurie Halsey Brown, Rob Kennedy, Manu Luksch, Sophia New, Spencer Roberts & Anneke Pettican, and Miranda Whall. Each of the works was produced in part through a small commission and short residency at ISIS Arts during 2004, forming a core part of the year-long pilot new media programme to support the process of developing artistic practice in new and unexpected ways.

The 3 web and 3 moving image works reflect a broad range of practice, as each of these artists use the tools of new media in different ways to articulate their ideas across a variety of mediums and disciplines. From performance, drawing, video and installation, to online data and cctv, the works represent a wide array of experience and approaches to artmaking.
